ApexCare is one of Northern Californias largest and most respected home care agencies, having served thousands of individuals since it was founded in 1992. We are an independent and privately-owned company that services 10 counties in Northern California through our 5 primary offices in Sacramento, Vacaville, Napa, Concord, and Stockton.

Since 2016, ApexCare has been managed by new owners, Irene and Jason Wu. Prior to joining ApexCare, both Irene and Jason owned and managed several companies in the Sacramento region. They are passionate about supporting our local senior community and helping individuals age with dignity and grace in their own homes. Our team looks forward to the opportunity to get to know every client and family on a personal level.
